Our mission at LectureOwl is to connect great music teachers with the students that are looking for them.

We strive to better the world by meeting the needs of a population which desires to learn and better themselves.  We improve the selection of, and accessibility to, great music teachers for students. 

We believe that musicians should not struggle to make a living, and that they should be able to make a living by teaching what they are passionate about.  We provide a platform which enables music teachers to schedule lessons, process payments, and communicate with their students.  We also increase Teacher's visibility and potential for finding students through our marketing processes.

LectureOwl was born from the desire to make music more available to everyone and to give people who wanted to learn music a place where they could hone and master their instrument.

The ability to learn to play music from a great teacher should be accessible to anyone, and not limited by geography.
